Bisnouli Sarvodaya Gramodyog Sewa Sansthan (BSGSS)
Bisnouli Sarvodaya Gramodyog Sewa Sansthan (BSGSS) is a registered voluntary organization founded in 1994 in Bisnouli village, Dadri Tehsil, Uttar Pradesh. The organization is deeply committed to fostering sustainable socio-economic development through education, healthcare, vocational training, and women’s empowerment programs. Operating under the Societies Registration Act of 1860, BSGSS now serves communities across Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, and Haryana, supported by professionals, local partners, and volunteers.
BSGSS began with the vision to empower rural communities by promoting village and cottage industries and enhancing self-reliance among underprivileged groups. A group of socially conscious leaders and activists initiated this mission to drive inclusive growth. Over the years, the organization expanded its operations under the guidance of Shri Vijay Kumar Jha (Ex-IPS) and Smt. Nandita Bakshi (Ex-IRS), who established the administrative office in New Delhi to broaden outreach and create impactful community development projects.
Our mission is to bring positive change to the lives of the poor and marginalized by implementing practical and sustainable community-driven solutions. We focus on empowering women, enabling access to quality healthcare, promoting education and skill training, and encouraging microfinance for economic independence.
